Black Ice is a smooth, very plastic porcelain with the colour all the way through, which makes it ideal for throwing and modelling. Its stable formula fires safely from 1200 to 1240°C in oxidation, and it's rated food safe for tableware.

- No grog, smooth porcelain
- Shrinkage 5.7 percent drying, 10.3 percent firing at 1220°C
