Berlin carries 40 percent impalpable grog, so it throws and models smooth pieces with fine detail and behaves well through drying and firing. Fire it lower for a light cement grey or higher for a deep, dark grey.

- Shrinkage 5.7 percent drying, 6.4 percent firing at 1300°C
