S11S is a serrated steel scraper. It is 152 mm (6 in), a rectangle in a heavier gauge steel with teeth along one long edge and a plain edge opposite, so the one tool scores and levels. The teeth cut and leave a keyed surface, which is what you want when scoring a join or adding texture, and not what you want on a face you mean to keep smooth.
