Fill the bulb, fit a tip and squeeze gently to draw a steady line. The nickel plated connector and tip system keeps the air pressure even, so the flow stays controlled for slip trailing, fine detail, writing and wax resist. It comes with four tips, 15, 17, 19 and 21 gauge, from a bold line down to a very fine one. The bulb is light and easy to clean.
