Conical Shredder
A cone shaped rasp with an open blade, for shaping and carving rounded surfaces on leather hard clay. Green handle.
$17.80
Suggested retail price. In-store prices and availability may vary by location.
The Conical Shredder takes clay off a curve, so it suits rounded forms and long strokes where a flat rasp would only catch the high spots. The open blade lets shavings fall through instead of clogging the teeth, and the grip is shaped to sit comfortably in the hand. It leaves a textured tool mark you can keep as a surface or smooth away.
