Shape 0 Blue Firm Polymer Rib
The smallest rib in the polymer range, a rounded oval with two different edge curves. Blue sits at the firm end of the flexibility scale, so it pushes back against the clay instead of folding away from it.

Shape 0 is the one you reach for when the other ribs are simply too big – inside a narrow neck, down in the angle where a handle meets the wall, along the tight curve under a spout. It is a rounded oval rather than a true kidney, and the two long edges are curved to different radii, so you get a tighter and a looser sweep out of one tool without swapping hands. Blue is the firm end of the five-level flexibility scale, which is the grade to reach for when you are truing a surface rather than chasing a soft curve. It is a small tool doing a specific job, not a first rib. Central hole for hanging.
