Clay Shapers look like brushes, but they have a solid rubber tip instead of bristles. The extra firm black tip is stiff enough to push and shape clay without dragging. The tapered point carves clean lines through slip and underglaze, adds sgraffito detail and makes bold, controlled marks. Size 6 is the large tip, about 8 mm (5/16 in) across, for broader smoothing and blending. Wipe it clean with a damp cloth.
