A rounded rubber tip on a brush handle for smoothing seams, blending coils and pressing clay into tight spots.

Clay Shapers look like brushes, but they have a solid rubber tip instead of bristles. The extra firm black tip is stiff enough to push and shape clay without dragging. The domed round tip smooths joins, blends coils and attachments, and presses clay into tight curves without leaving marks. Size 6 is the large tip, about 8 mm (5/16 in) across, for broader smoothing and blending. Wipe it clean with a damp cloth.
