The Carving Bow is the little brother of the Mudcutter. It has a stainless steel frame and a polymer handle, with a wire strung across the opening. Its smaller size makes it easy to control on a thrown piece, for faceting and carving, and for cutting in hand building. The straight wire leaves a clean flat cut face. The same bow also comes with a curly wire for texture. Its wires are sized for the Carving Bow and will not fit the Mudcutter.
