700 Clear is the covering glaze for the line, not a colour, so apply it thinly in one or two coats instead of the two to three an opaque needs. It was made for pugged clays, the throwing and hand-building bodies, so test it first on slip-cast ware, which is higher in talc and moves differently under a glaze. Spectrum rates the series cone 06 to 04, 1015 to 1060°C. Lead-free and AP non-toxic. Conforms to ASTM D-4236.
