The 3M 6200 half facepiece comes fitted with a pair of 2091 P100 filters, which stop at least 99.97 percent of airborne particles, oil based or not. Wear it when mixing dry clay and glaze, sanding or scraping greenware, applying kiln wash or cleaning the studio. The soft facepiece is light, and the head straps adjust for a snug seal. The filters twist on and off, so you can swap them when breathing through them gets harder, and the mask comes apart for cleaning. Check the seal each time you put it on, since facial hair will stop it sealing.
