Dirty Girls' 317 is from their 300 Series: medium-gauge tempered tool steel shaped into a 13 mm (1/2 in) long triangle and set in an ergonomic comfort-grip handle, about 165 mm (6 1/2 in) overall. The steel is sharp on both edges and tempered to increase wear resistance. The head can be resharpened with a wet stone for a longer life; do not heat the steel when sharpening. Each tool is handmade.
